A power outage has forced class to be cancelled at Capistrano Valley High Wednesday.
Parents and students are being asked not to show up to Capistrano Valley High School today following a power outage.
A message to parents said restrooms and other facilities are unavailable Wednesday.
If your teen has already arrived, you can pick him or her up at the large gym, according to the statement.
