Three's a Charm—Mission Viejo High Grad Fajardo Raining 3s in College Basketball

Ashley Fajardo is having a banner season at LeTourneau University in Longview, Tex.

The 2009 Mission Viejo High graduate has scored her team's first three points with three-point jumpers in each of the team's three games this season.

She also leads the Yellowjackets in total points (29) and average points per game (9.7).

Fajardo is a 5'5" guard.

Last year Fajardo averaged 21.5 minutes, 7 points, 3 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.4 steals per game.

In 2010-11, while playing for the Irvine Valley College Lasers, Fajardo was an all-Orange Empire Conference player. That year she averaged 13.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.7 steals per game.
