Mission Viejo to Host Six-Game Football Classic, Sept. 2-3
Diablos, Orange Lutheran and Cypress will be the Orange County teams playing in the inaugural two-day event to kick off the 2011 high school football season.

Mission Viejo High's stadium will be the site of six football games the weekend of Sept. 2-3, according to this Dan Albano blog post on OC Varsity.
The Mission Viejo High School Football Classic will feature the following games, with times to be determined at a later date.

Friday, Sept. 2 -- Mission Viejo vs. Centennial Bakersfield and Cypress vs. Garces of Bakersfield.
Saturday, Sept 3 -- Orange Lutheran vs. Bingham, the reigning Utah state champion; Bakersfield vs. Timpview of Utah; Crenhsaw vs. Alta of Utah and Oaks Christian vs. Bellevue, the reigning Washington state champion.
