Taking a Dive or Two at Santa Margarita High School

Two standout divers from Mission Viejo High School, junior Samantha Adams and freshman Alexandra Caplan, will be among the competitiors today in the third annual Santa Margarita Diving Invitational beginning at 11 a.m. at Santa Margarita Catholic High School.

Adams won the Mission Viejo Invitational earlier this season and recently placed fifth in the three-meter platform in the girls 16-18 age division of the USA Diving Spring Junior West Championships in Lubbock, Texas.

Caplan earned a co-title on the one-meter springboard at the USA
Diving Spring Junior West Championships for the 14-15 division and placed fifth on the three-meter board.
