Tim Tebow will be practicing on football field in a few weeks, along with New York Jets starting quarterback Mark Sanchez, according to various media reports.
Since March when Tebow was traded from the Denver Broncos, the press has closely watched the two sports celebrities for signs of tension. At least one columnist sees Sanchez's invitation to his passing camp as a sign of harmony between the two quarterbacks.
Since 2010 when it began, has opened one day to the press. It will be a private affair this year, though, happening sometime between late June and early July, according to the New York Daily News.
The News lists these players as confirming their attendance this year:
- Running backs Shonn Greene, Joe McKnight and John Conner
- Wide receivers Jeremy Kerley, Patrick Turner and Scotty McKnight
- Tight ends Dustin Keller, Jeff Cumberland and Josh Baker
The camp has been a treat to his teammates in the past, with Sanchez paying for most of their accomodations, according to the News.
