It was a big win from an exciting team. With interceptions, big plays and a decisive victory, Mission Viejo High's Diablos started their postseason Friday against Westlake High of Thousand Oaks.
The second quarter was a time to widen the score gap for the Diablos defense.
Max Redfield, who committed to USC this summer, pulled down an interception in the second quarter that he ran back 80 yards for a touchdown.
Hunter Remington also nabbed an interception in the second, which he converted into a 40-yard touchdown. It was the second time that night he turned an interception into a touchdown.
