Video: Michael Bailey of Mission Viejo Represents the OC's Developmentally Disabled

You may not see him in the library, but Michael Bailey is getting the books in order. He's overcoming autism to serve his community.

Michael Bailey works in the library. He also serves on a state board. Last year he was picked as the city's employee of the year.

He does all this despite autism and a seisure disorder.
