Santa's Village in Mission Viejo—Find out Where

As you tear off the days on your advent calendar leading up to Christmas, you may want a sneak peak at Santa and his merry entourage.

The helpful folks of the Mission Viejo Activities Committee have sent us some information on where and when Santa will be in Mission Viejo, as well as what you can expect. Special thanks to Margot Ferron for sending this in:

There’s no other place like this Santa’s Village in Orange County.  When you drive down La Paz and Marguerite Parkway in Mission Viejo you are transcended into a world of holiday magic and cheer.  The Mission Viejo Activities Committee has again created a winter, wonderland for your enjoyment.

Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 6-8 pm until Dec. 21, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in their workshop at Mission Viejo Civic Center Plaza, 200 Civic Center, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.

The event is free to the public: hot chocolate, cookie decorating, a large outdoor interactive train, Christmas movies and live music.  Along with the elves, Santa and Mrs. Claus will greet everyone. 

You are welcome to take pictures of your visit, so bring your camera. Santa promises to answer all letters placed in his mailbox.  Make sure to get your letter in early so that Santa has plenty of time to respond.  Please, be sure to print names and addresses clearly.  If you want Santa to write back you have to leave an address!
