If you or someone you know is graduating from a Mission Viejo high school, this might be just the way to start paying for college.

Paying for college is as tough as ever. For three talented seniors, paying for school will get a little easier thanks to a local volunteer group.

Here's what Scholarship Chair Margot Ferron has to say about these scholarships:

The MVAC is accepting scholarship applications through April 10, 2012. Eligibility requirements include being a high school senior and a U.S. citizen. The scholarships are based on volunteerism in the community, academic achievements, leadership skills, school participation and ability to succeed.
