Daniel Fast Pizza!
Yes, this pizza is approved for the Daniel fast!
If you closed your eyes while eating the pizza, the quinoa tasted just like mozzarella....not really:-)
Whole wheat pizza crust...without any dairy. Home-made marinara sauce, topped with:Mushrooms, fire-roasted jalapeños, red and yellow tomatoes, roasted red onion, and quinoa (instead of mozzarella cheese).
The kids were so supportive of eating this pizza, I was proud of them.
Taelyn, my three year old, said, "I don't like yucky pizza."
Timmy, my 13 year old, asked, "After your Facebook photo, could I scrape off everything and put some cheese on it."
Trinity, my seven year old, said, "No thank-you."
Toby, my 9 year old....was nowhere to be found!
So all in all, I think they liked it:-) Well, maybe not...but I know my Vegan friends would.
