PF Chang's
PF Chang's is one of the newest additions to the Shops at Mission Viejo. It is located in the middle of the mall and has its own exterior entrance. The restaurant has a very elegant black and red decor with simple Chinese statues and paintings. The atmosphere is casual, with a full bar, soft music and happy hour specials. The cuisine is best described as classic Chinese dishes with a modern American twist. The restaurant has a variety of appetizers, noodles and entrees with both meat and vegetarian options.
