Ruby's Diner is in the Mission Viejo Mall on the first floor. Ruby's is a popular 1940s diner-style restaurant that offers a delicious array of different items. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu includes milk shakes, hamburgers, omelets, French toast, salads, sandwiches, seafood and much more. Inside the restaurant is an actual '40s-style diner that has chrome and red decor, a jukebox and 1940s posters all over. Free parking is outside the mall.
