Before being elected to the City Council, Frank Ury served on  the Community Services and Investment AdvisoryMore commissions and was a leader in the group that worked toward burying the power lines in Mission Viejo. Ury served as mayor in 2009 and as mayor pro-tem in 2006 and in 2008. He currently serves on the Foothill/Eastern Board of directors for the Transportation Corridor Agencies representing Mission Viejo. 
Dave Leckness

Dave Leckness was elected to serve on the Mission Viejo City Council in February 2010 and in 2011 served as mayor.More Dave's goals and beliefs are guided by several key interests: children, families, neighborhoods, and economic development. Dave believes that we must work to preserve Mission Viejo's past while focusing on the future.

Dave has been a resident of Mission Viejo for over 25 years. He and his wife, Nancy, have been married since 1986 and they have two daughters. They attend Mount of Olives Lutheran Church, route: {:controller=>"listings", :action=>"show", :id=>"mount-of-olives-lutheran-church-2"} --> in Mission Viejo. In September 1984, Dave opened Kwik Kopy Printing
