Raider from Saddleback Furious After Re-Injuring Calf

Wednesday's Raiders football training lasted less than 30 minutes for former Saddleback Gaucho Menelik Watson.

The 6'5", 315-pound offensive tackle was walked off the field after apparently re-injuring his calf, according to several news reports.

In addition, Watson "punched a bench in frustration while heading to the weight area, then later found a seat outside the field house, his head down, looking at the ground," according to Mercury News.

Watson told reporters he was frustrated after missing 10 days of training camp. It's not the way he planned to start his first NFL season, he said.
